CONCLUSIONS

The summary of the evaluation leads us towards two conclusions:

COMMUNICATION

More fluent and continuous communication instead of the punctual interventions very typical in European projects.

Communication should be improved, especially in pandemic times because is the only way we have to move, share and be in contact:

1. Between student teams in the form of collaboration

2. Between partners in the form of sharing and documenting

3. Between the coordinator/knowledge partners and the project in the form of guidance in order to better implement Round 2

STRONG FOCUS AND EFFORTS IN ROUND 2

The work programme for Round 2 is very important as it has to include valuable experience and storytelling to produce the final outcomes.

A good guidance ensuring that all teams move together with a clear understanding, as this is the precondition for successful collaboration and sharing.

Given the considerable challenges linked to the pandemic, the project might consider devoting almost the entire PM in October to provide as much support in the second round as possible.
